Wireless network installation and configuration for UK businesses of every size. From the WiFi survey and design through to cabling, access point installation, WPA3 security and ongoing support, we deliver wireless connectivity that holds up under real device loads instead of only on paper.
Wireless network installation is the full process of putting a working business WiFi network into a building, not just mounting access points. It starts with a survey and design, continues through the structured cabling and Power over Ethernet switching that feed each access point, and finishes with configuration, security, testing and handover. Synergi Tech delivers all of those stages, so there is no gap between the cabling contractor and whoever configures the network.
The design work is what separates a network that performs from one that constantly frustrates users. We run a predictive survey from your floor plans and, where the environment warrants it, an on-site survey to measure real interference, neighbouring networks and how the building materials attenuate signal. From that we set access point positions, channel plans and power levels, then specify WiFi 6 or WiFi 6E hardware sized for your actual device count. As a Ubiquiti partner we install UniFi extensively, and we work with other business-grade platforms where they fit the site better.
Security is configured as part of the build rather than bolted on afterwards. That means WPA3 encryption where clients support it, separate VLANs for corporate, guest and device traffic, client isolation on the guest network, and 802.1X authentication against Microsoft Entra ID or RADIUS where you need per-user access control. This approach reflects the Cyber Essentials controls we apply as a certified organisation, and it keeps any personal data collected through a guest portal to the minimum UK GDPR expects.

Wireless network installation is the process of designing, cabling, mounting and configuring the access points and supporting network equipment that provide WiFi across a building or site. It covers the survey and design work, the structured cabling and Power over Ethernet switching that feed each access point, the controller or cloud platform that manages them, and the security and segmentation applied before the network goes live.
A small single-floor office is usually surveyed, installed and configured within a few days. A multi-floor building, warehouse or multi-site rollout typically runs over two to four weeks, depending on how much new cabling is required and how much of the work has to happen outside operating hours. We confirm the schedule after the survey rather than estimating blind.
For anything beyond a couple of access points, yes. A predictive survey models coverage from the building plans so access points are positioned correctly first time, and an on-site survey measures the interference, existing networks and construction materials that models cannot see. Skipping the survey is the most common cause of dead zones and access points fighting each other on the same channel.
We are a Ubiquiti partner and install UniFi extensively, and we also work with other business-grade platforms where they suit the environment or an existing estate better. Most new installations use WiFi 6 or WiFi 6E access points, which handle dense device counts far better than older standards and support WPA3 encryption.
Yes. Guest access is placed on its own isolated VLAN with client isolation enabled, so guest devices cannot reach your servers, printers or other users. We can add a captive portal with terms of use, bandwidth limits and time-limited access, which also helps you meet your UK GDPR obligations around what guest data you collect and how long you keep it.
Yes. We monitor access point health, channel utilisation and client experience, apply firmware updates, and investigate performance complaints. Support is available as a standalone WiFi agreement or included within a wider managed IT services contract.
