Join our field services team and deliver exceptional IT support directly to our clients across Lincolnshire. You'll be the face of Synergi Tech, installing and maintaining cutting-edge IT infrastructure whilst building lasting relationships with our valued clients.
As a Field-Based IT Technician at Synergi Tech, you'll be our front-line technical expert, travelling to client sites across Lincoln and the surrounding areas to deliver hands-on IT support and infrastructure services. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
You'll work with businesses of all sizes, from small startups to established enterprises, installing and maintaining network infrastructure, configuring servers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring our clients' IT systems run smoothly. Your expertise with networking, particularly Ubiquiti UniFi systems, and Microsoft Server environments will be essential to your success in this role.
Important: A valid UK driving licence is essential for this position as you'll be travelling to client sites daily. We provide a company vehicle, fuel card, and all necessary equipment.
